- Only undergraduates with valid ID can participate.

- Participants can also register via
messaging on any of the numbers 9871148569 (Suraj) and 8285826441 (Abhishek).
Please mention name of the participant/s, college and event.
- Registration confirmation at the Registration desk is
compulsory. It will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end half an hour prior to the
beginning of the event.
- Decision of the judges will be final.
- Winners of various events must collect their certificates and
awards during the prize distribution ceremony from 3.30 pm onwards.
- The topic for the paper reading competition for Vice
Chancellor’s Rolling Shield on Environment is 'SMALL ISLANDS AND CLIMATE CHANGE: RAISE YOUR VOICE AND NOT THE SEA
LEVEL'.
- Each college can send one team of two students to compete for
the Vice Chancellor’s Shield.
- Each speaker of the team should present their paper
separately.
- Each participant will be given 5+1 minutes for presentation
and further two minutes for interjection.( Cross-questioning is not allowed).
- Team members as well as any individual student can compete
for the best speaker award. However, the student competing individually will
not be eligible for the Vice Chancellor’s rolling shield.
- The participants can bring audio-visual aid (CD/Pen drive).
- In case of few teams, the shield will not be awarded.
- Each college can send more than one team of two students
each.
- Participants have to use only
plant waste material for Rangoli. Use of fresh flowers and fresh leaves are
not allowed.
- The participants will not be allowed to consult books/paper
during competition.
- Time allotted is one hour.
- Each college can send more than one team of two students each.
- Students have to bring their own display container which can
be later on taken by them from the department.
- Only wild flowers can be used.
- Ornamental and plastic flowers are not allowed.
- The participants have to give title to their art work.
- Time allotted is 30 minutes.
- Individual participation only.
- The topic and an A4 sheet will be provided on the spot.
- Participants have to bring their own pencil, pen, colours,
etc.
- Time allotted is 30 minutes.
- The competition is held every year in Kirori Mal College
premises.
- The quiz is conducted by the winning team of the previous
year.
- Each college can send only one team of three students.
- In case of few teams from other colleges, shield will not be
awarded.
- Each college can send
more than one team of two students each.
- The participants can bring either fresh or dried leaves.
- The participants will not be allowed to consult any written
or electronic medium during competition.
- The participants will be given half chart paper. They have to
bring their adhesive for pasting the leaves.
- The intact leaf has to be used.
- Use of markers and colours is not allowed.
- The title of their botanical art work must be mentioned by
the participants.
- Time allotted is 30 minutes.
- A college can send more than one team.
- Each team will comprise of three students.
- Each team will be given a sheet on which some clues will be mentioned
(ex: alternate leaves). The participants have to collect material according to
the clues provided.
- The participants have to number their collected material
according to the serial number of their clue and keep all the materials in the bag
provided to them.
- Maximum time allotted is 30 minutes.
- The team which will collect all the materials first as per
the clues (within 30 minutes) will be declared as the winner.
- In case more than one team report at the same time, the team
with all or maximum correct materials will be declared as the winner.
- Only individual participation is allowed.
- The participants have to speak on the given topic for one
minute.
- The topic will be given on the spot from draw of lots.
- Topics can be related to any field of Biological Sciences.
